| The Brooklyn, which was built in 1859 in Bolton, on a gothic theme originally built for the late thomas Walmsley who was mayor Bolton. The Brooklyn is a great community food house witch is.set in its own wooded grounds close to all local amenities. The pub serves delicious locally sourced food and a full range of Joseph Holt beers. It also has a lovely beer garden and is host to a large entertainment portfolio. If you are wanting good hearty English food with the usual extras such as homemade steak pot pie ,cottage pie freshly made fish and lots more , then this is place. Set back from the road with ample parking and a beautiful lawned area at the back this is a very welcoming and spacious pub.Ample portion sizes, good value and tasty food. The service has been excellent on both occasions and the staff very friendly. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good value, tasty pub meal. Not forgetting freshly baked pizza hot from our ovens.
