Both facilities are a true 'home from home', with off road parking available and direct access to a terraced garden with breathtaking views of surrounding countryside, there really is no better place to stay. We are close to the M61 providing easy access to the Reebok Stadium, Manchester, Preston and surrounding Lancashire towns. A two minute walk takes you to the surrounding West Pennine Moors up to the famous Chinese Gardens and Rivington Pike. All our Self Catering guests receive a complimentary welcome pack. Whether visiting for business or pleasure our guests are welcomed to a classically decorated and furnished accommodation of either Bed & Breakfast or self catering where they can experience good old fashioned Northern hospitality."
